Cynthia’s journey began at Liquid Education – Keypath’s on-site, best-in class call center – as a call center agent in May 2013.
Less than a year later, she was working as an enrollment advisor for a partner university while completing her degree from the same institution. Then it was off to Chicago where she now serves another university, assisting with the enrollment process as she interviews prospective students to see if the school would be a good fit for them to accomplish their personal and professional goals. She then guides them through the rest of the admissions process.
Is there a hobby you can’t live without?
I enjoy writing in my free time.
What excites you about working for Keypath?
I love being able to play a part in changing lives through education.
Where do you see your specialty going in the next five years?
I see my specialty continuing to grow and open up many more opportunities in the future.
How can you use your skills to change the student experience for the better?
I can make the best use of my skills by providing stellar service and doing what is in the best interest of our partners and potential students.
What is your favorite personal achievement?
Being awarded this fantastic opportunity to be a part of Keypath Education.
